Home Staging Report

I will meet you at your home, and after carefully inspecting the entire property (from curb to closets) I will prepare a HOME STAGING REPORT for you, which is specific to your home alone. The Home Staging Report will be your "roadmap" to have your home "Certifed Staged" by me and then listed on the StagedHomes.com website.

The Home Staging Report will be broken down into steps and ready for you to take action. The Home Staging Report is valuable to homeowners or builders on a tighter budget and/or do-it-yourself types who like to be more hands on.

Up to 1000sq. ft. $300
1000-2000 sq. ft. $400
2001-3000 sq. ft. $500

Home Staging Services:

I will take a thorough look at your home and provide you with a bid for my services. A bid is free but does not include any recommendations. The bid will include my creative Staging services fee, rental fees for furniture or accessories that may be needed, loading, unloading, Staging and de-Staging and how many ASP Stagers that I will be using for your property.

Home Staging Services fees are based on the size of the home and it’s condition. Staging Services can range from $800 to $3500.

Model Home, Vacant Home, Property Presentation:

I will take a thorough look at the property and take note of all requests and special circumstances. I will arrange for furniture and accessory rental. We will discuss any arrangements that might be needed like: weekly visits, fresh flowers at strategic times, any special events preparation, and any re-Staging needed while the property is being presented. I will then prepare a bid for my services which will include the Staging fee, furniture rental, accessory rental, special arrangements, loading, unloading and de-Staging.

Model Homes and Vacant Property fees are based on the size of the property and the scope of Staging requirements agreed upon.

Furniture Rental can run from $500-$2,500/month

Your Property Listed on www.StagedHomes.com:

As soon as your property meets the Certified Staged Home requirements, I will give you a certificate stating that your home is “Certified Staged”! I will then list it on the StagedHomes.com website at StagedHomes.com get over 6 million hits per month! That’s one more way for your home to stand out among the competition and be viewed by a nation-wide audience!
