The Home Staging Bid for Services:

I will take a thorough look at your home and provide you with a bid for my services. A bid is free but does not include any recommendations. The bid will include my creative Staging services fee, an estimate for rental fees of furniture or accessories that may be needed, loading, unloading, Staging and de-Staging.

What you can expect:

*Home Staging Services fees are based on the size of the home and it’s condition. Staging Services can range from $800 to $6500 for the average condition home from 1000 s.f. to 3000 s.f.                                   Luxury Homes can be higher depending upon the degree of Home Staging you require.

In the interest of time (and money) many of our clients prefer a Home Staging Consultation giving them all the information they need to properly Stage their home themselves. The sellers then implement the action items on the report. We can arrange to come back to fine tune your work and bring any decorative accessories if you have the need.  Prices vary according to how you choose to get the information, please see below.

Home Staging Verbal Consultations 

You take the notes while we walk through your entire home and property. You can take pictures as we go.

What you can expect:

Prices will vary according to condition and size of the project for Verbal Consultations, generally the price will run between $150 to $250 for the average condition home from 1000 s.f. to 3000 s.f.

Home Staging Computer Consultations Can't fit it into your schedule, but you want to get started NOW? Email me! Computer Consultations are also available- and are perfect for home sellers on a budget and who have access to a digital camera and email or scanner and fax.

What you can expect:

Prices will vary according to condition and size of the project for consultations done via email but generally the price will run between $200-$550 for the average condition home from 1000 s.f. to 3000 s.f.             Again; this is a Detailed Written Report with Step By Step instructions on how to get you top dollar when you sell your home.

Home Staging Detailed Written Report

For Occupied & Vacant Houses

Step By Step instructions with all of the information to get you top dollar for your home. This report is on average 20-40 pages long, but not overwhelming. I really break it down for you!

What you can expect:

Prices will vary according to condition and size of the project, generally the price will run between $350-$700 for the average condition home from 1000 s.f. to 3000 s.f.

Furniture Rental:

The approximate cost of furniture rental is noted in the Home Staging Bid for Services. We pick out the furniture which will be delivered and picked up by the furniture company. We facilitate the transaction- but the rental contract is through you and the furniture rental company provided. We always make this easy for you.

What you can expect:

Average Rental $500-$2,500/month. *Based on a home from 1,000 to 3,000 s.f.

Outdoor furniture is separate and not included here because of the extreme range of styles, quality and price differences. Outdoor furniture is used on an as needed basis.
